MUSEUM VISIT – Pitt Rivers, Oxford

Wow – what a freaky place full of freaky things !! Fascinating museum that I will have to return to again and again as each wonderfully crammed full cabinet held the weirdest and most intriguing items. Less of museum more of a secret room housing a lifetime’s collection for an old anthropologist/ archaeologist/ explorer and general collector of all things odd. I went to take a look at the textiles examples and I had to be very disciplined not to get side-tracked !
